1. Basic requirements
High pressure maintenance personnel should hold a certificate to work, without a certificate has no right to operate. In case of power outage maintenance, it shall be reported to the competent authority for approval and carried out after notifying the user. Outdoor oil-immersed dry-type transformers should be tested for insulation oil once a year, and indoor oil-immersed dry-type transformers should be tested for insulation oil once every two years.
2. Reverse brake operation sequence
In case of power failure, stop the load side first, and then stop the power side; Power transmission is in the reverse order of the above operations. Power is sent step by step from the power supply side to the load side. If there is a fault, it is easy to determine the fault scope and make judgment and treatment in time to avoid the spread and expansion of the fault. In the case of multiple power sources, stopping the load side first can prevent the reverse charging of dry type transformer. If the power side is stopped first, the protection device may be misoperated in case of fault.
3. Inspection tour
According to the requirements of the 35kv dry type transformer operation regulations, the personnel on duty in operation shall inspect the dry type transformer five times per shift in a substation in addition to the inspection required for shift handover. The inspection items are as follows. If the temperature and sound are normal, the temperature of the upper oil immersed in the oil shall not exceed 95 degrees Celsius (the temperature is allowed to rise by 55 degrees Celsius) according to the manufacturer's regulations, and the temperature of the upper oil shall not exceed 85 degrees Celsius. Keep porcelain bottle, casing, magnetic surface clean, oil level should meet the standard, the color is normal, no oil leakage spray phenomenon. Dry fan operation sound and temperature controller indication is normal. Whether the wiring of high, low pressure and ground is in good contact, and whether there is discoloration phenomenon.
