In the past year, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power has continued to reduce the cost of electricity access for users, implemented the support policy of exempting small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households with less than 1 KV from paying electricity charges for natural gas unit capacity, and reduced electricity charges for users by 416 million yuan in total. We promoted low-voltage "three-zero" services, reducing investment by 1.852 billion yuan for low-voltage non-resident users and benefiting 611,300 households.

Zhejiang has also promoted the establishment of a cost-sharing mechanism for power access projects jointly borne by the government and power supply enterprises through government-enterprise cooperation to reduce the cost of power access projects of enterprises.

In terms of helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power has developed a digital product "Electricity Manager", which provides "one-click physical examination" for 347,400 large and medium-sized enterprises, pushes 14,000 physical examination reports through multiple channels, and guides enterprises to optimize electricity price strategies, which can save about 300 million yuan for enterprises annually. Innovate the digital intelligent electricity prediction application of "Electricity Actuary", provide market-oriented customers with auxiliary services such as electricity prediction, electricity dynamic monitoring and early warning, and energy consumption analysis and guidance. By the end of 2023, this application has provided more than 35,000 services for market-oriented customers in Zhejiang, saving more than 2 million yuan of market deviation electricity charges.

It also provides energy efficiency diagnosis and analysis for more than 15,000 industrial enterprises and public institutions, and promotes the implementation of energy-saving transformation to improve the energy efficiency of enterprises. Through the application of the "transfer electricity code", the suspected high, medium and low risks of the transfer price increase have been automatically identified, with a total of more than 200,000 users reporting, investigating and refunding illegal charges of more than 89 million yuan, and solving the supervision problem of unreasonable price increase in the transfer of power supply.

In providing quality services, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Through Investment online approval and supervision platform 3.0 obtained project code assignment information, started the construction of supporting power grid in advance, and provided active services for 11,000 projects.
