Our SC(B) series 30kVA/50kVA/80kVA 10 KV epoxy cast Dry Type Transformers are automatically cast under vacuum with thin insulating tape. The core is made of high permeability oriented silicon wafer, which is cast with imported epoxy resin. Benefit from advanced technology, high quality raw materials, scientific management, perfect inspection means. The coil was reinforced with glass fiber and cast with filler epoxy under vacuum. It has good mechanical properties, no cracks and internal bubbles, low partial discharge, high reliability and long service life.
The high and low pressure system is cast under vacuum, and the coil will not absorb water; The fixture of the core is treated for corrosion resistance, it may operate in high temperature or other severe environment. Flame retardant, explosion-proof, no environmental pollution.
