The 500kVA/630kVA 20 Kv Oil Immersed Transformer core produced by our company is made of high quality cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, without joints, the laminated coefficient increases, the effective section increases, and after vacuum annealing, the no-load loss and noise are greatly reduced, and the mechanical strength is enhanced. In coil winding, high quality soft state copper flat wire is selected. In order to ensure the tightness and roundness of the winding and reduce the temperature rise of the winding, the axial oil channel of the high pressure winding and the main air channel between the high and low pressure are used with the support curtain. The principle of lead selection is that the current density meets the requirements of low loss and is not higher than the winding current density.
In the core clamping, the upper and lower clamping parts are clamped by 4-6mm bending steel plate, the wood pad is removed, and the core foot is directly fixed on the clamping parts, which greatly improves the stability of the body. The body is connected with the box cover, replacing the traditional hanging screw structure and adopting the hanging plate structure, which is flexible and reliable.
